Annotation: This article analyzes the concept of the law of obligations, as well as the essence, relevance of legal awareness and legal culture, its place and role in society. In addition, this article analyzes the legal aspect of the extent to which legal awareness and legal culture are necessary to ensure the right to an obligation. As a result of these analyses, proposals and recommendations were developed that increase the importance of legal awareness and legal culture in ensuring the law of obligations.
