Annotation: The article discusses the political reforms of Qajar Iran from its founders to the last shah and the opinion of some scientists about the reforms of the Qajar shahs. The main attention in the article is given to the establishment of the Qajar dynasty in Iran, an attempt to reach a higher level of cultural, economic development, using European experience and constitutional movement in Iran.
