Annotation: This article analyzes the legal foundations of the “new impulse” methods in the fight against corruption. Studying the place and significance, meaning, content and essence of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in society, that is, constitutional literacy is an important factor in the formation of a person's legal consciousness, requires a systematic study of existing problems in this area and ways to solve them.
