Annotation: The article analyzes the concept of personal data of employees. The possibilities of using blockchain technology to protect personal data of employees are considered. It also analyzes current data privacy issues in the work environment and proposes blockchain as an innovative solution for information security. The article indicates the basic principles of blockchain technology, its advantages, as well as some disadvantages. In conclusion, conclusions are drawn about the prospects and suggestions for using blockchain technology to protect workers’ personal data.
