Annotation: The collapse of the USSR, the sovereignty of Uzbekistan changed the entire political space of society. The formation of the Republic of Uzbekistan took place against the background of a deep social crisis, a sharp drop in the living standards of people. The course of the historical development of Uzbekistan dictated the need for a comprehensive study of the social policy that existed in Uzbekistan, as a result of which the social sphere of rural areas was in a deplorable state.
