Annotation: This article discusses the development and implementation of a program for measuring and recording the decomposition temperature of ammonium dichromate using an Arduino platform, a MAX6675 thermocouple, and the Python programming language. The main chemical properties of ammonium dichromate are presented, along with the process of its thermal decomposition and the influence of temperature on the reaction. Special attention is given to methods for capturing experimental data and saving it to text files. The proposed approach can be applied in scientific research, educational projects, and laboratory settings for further analysis of reaction and temperature dependencies.
