Annotation: The article discusses the legal aspects of digital assets and some of the shortcomings associated with them in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Finally, it is proposed to adopt the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On digital assets” in the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the relevant proposal is scientifically and theoretically substantiated.
