Annotation: The article notes the development of small business and private entrepreneurship in the country. Feedback on improving the business environment is provided. The author's approaches to measures to develop small business and private entrepreneurship and further facilitate the business environment for their free activities are described. The advantages of small business and private entrepreneurship in adapting quickly to the market environment, providing employment, generating income and thereby mitigating its inequality, and deciding the middle class are revealed.
