Annotation: The article examines Japan's economic diplomacy and the development of economic cooperation with Uzbekistan. The main conclusion is that the projects being implemented to modernize and expand energy capacity, organize modern industrial production, and develop hotel infrastructure only serve to improve the investment climate in the future. Further development of mutually beneficial cooperation in the economic, trade, investment, scientific and technological, and cultural and humanitarian spheres creates.
