Annotation: The article shows the difficult working conditions of dump trucks MAN. In addition, dump trucks are operated quite intensively, during the day their work is organized in 3 shifts. The corrosiveness of the transported cargo also has a negative impact on the service modes and the resource of MAN dump trucks. Taking into account the conditions, the aggressiveness of the environment and the intensity of the use of dump trucks, maintenance intervals are recommended. The complexity of service maintenance is also substantiated, taking into account all operating conditions.
