Annotation: Neurotrophic keratitis or trophic corneal ulcer is one of the causes of eye loss or disability. For this purpose, the methods of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with corneal trophic ulcer in the RIKMIATM of the Bukhara branch were studied. 12 eyes were examined, of which 9 patients underwent surgical treatment and 3 patients had their eyes covered with contact lenses. Of all the treatments performed, 11 patients managed to preserve the eye as an anatomical organ, only one patient underwent eyeball evisceration followed by prosthetics
