Annotation: Bronchial asthma (BA) is one of the most common chronic respiratory diseases in both children and adults around the world. Determining the risk of developing bronchial asthma (BA) is an important aspect of preventing and managing this disease. In recent years, a number of studies have identified numerous genetic factors responsible for predisposition to AD. The chronic relapsing course of AD is the cause of not only disability, but also death, which determines the need to study the unexplained mechanisms of the development of the disease, the purpose of which is to develop effective methods for the diagnosis and prevention of this pathology.
