Annotation: The article examines elections, which are one of the important mechanisms for the formation of state bodies, and youth participation in them, as well as raising the political consciousness of the young generation, the role and importance of the electoral institution in increasing their socio-political activity, and the social significance of this process is studied. Also, there are situations that shape the political behavior of young people during elections and other social and political processes, views on the institution of volunteerism.
