Annotation: In recent years, the tasks of creating new production enterprises that produce high-quality and cheap products and provide our people with them have been carried out at the level of state policy. In this regard, technologies for the production of waste paper and cardboard based on it are rapidly developing in the pulp and paper industry. Particular attention is paid to the consistent development of the pulp and paper industry in our country, the efficient use of the capacities of enterprises, and the increase in the production of export-oriented products.
