Annotation: Due to the fact that the development of the country and its future are directly dependent on the work of the mature generation, it is an urgent task to form management qualities and abilities of the leaders early, to prepare them as personnel suitable for tomorrow's demands. The problem of studying the manager-leader personality has been an important issue in all eras of human society. The main reason for this is that, firstly, the social relations of each era required someone to be at a high level in terms of social status, and secondly, people's way of life, development, level, well-being, happy marriage, to a person of this high position , depending on its various qualities and characteristics.
