Annotation: The article provides a taxonomic analysis of the species composition of the algal flora of the main channel of the Srimoli Fergana River in the winter season of 2019-2021. 74 species and varieties of algae were identified in 27 groups, 12 families, 8 orders, 8 classes and 4 divisions. Bacillariophyta (65) - 87.84%, Pyrrophyta (3) - 4.05%, Chlorophyta (2) - 2.71%, Cyanophyta (4) - 5.40% of species and species.
