Annotation: This article discusses the concept of Sufism and the history of the emergence of its principles, the ethical aspects characteristic of Sufis. It also discusses the truths about the Sufis in literary sources and the narratives of educational importance. It discusses the assumptions of Sufi scholars about the origin of the term Sufi. At the same time, it provides extensive information about the requirements and rules of being a Sufi, and the types of Sufis.
