Annotation: In this study, tax culture and tax discipline were studied, since the economic potential of the government of the state is built on the basis of its financial security. Thus, the high tax culture of the population determines the future of each state, in this context, we also identified the study and discussion of factors in the formation of the tax culture of the population and tax discipline as the main goal of this study.
