Annotation: In the 50s and 60s of the 14th century, feudal divisions intensified in Movarounnakhr, and diplomatic knowledge and experience played a major role in Amir Temur's elimination of these obstacles, the creation of a centralized state in Movarounnakhr, and the establishment of a huge empire. Amir Temur formed a diplomatic theory and practice based on legality, justice, and oriental etiquette. The existing violence in the regions has been eliminated, and conditions have been created for people to live in peace.
