Annotation: This article presents an analysis of the balanced scorecard in cotton-textile clusters, taking into account financial, internal business processes, personnel development and customer attraction. The study confirms the importance of profitability of production and investment in exports, as well as the need to optimize production processes. Other findings include a shortage of skilled personnel, the need for export diversification and the development of a strategic development map. The study highlights the importance of a systems approach to management and suggests measures to ensure sustainable development of cotton-textile clusters.
