Annotation: As a result of the reforms carried out in our country over the past five years, the necessary political, legal, socio-economic, scientific and educational foundations for the formation of a new Uzbekistan have been created in our country. Increasing the role of a healthy lifestyle and physical education in the life of young people, the widespread involvement of the younger generation in all kinds of sports is one of the most pressing issues today. Today, healthy, spiritual and physical education of the younger generation is one of the main directions of state policy in the field of sports. It is no coincidence that the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Physical Culture and Sports" does not define it as a process aimed at improving skills and knowledge.
