Annotation: This article is devoted to the study of terminology at the international level, it describes the evolution of the structural and semantic nature of commercial terminology, the progress achieved to date, and was aimed at studying the problems. An important aspect of commercial terminology is that the semantics of the terminology often reflect its origin and traditional expressions. Commercial terminology is a complex set of terms and phrases necessary to understand common practices in various areas of business transactions and trade. Sales professionals need a deep understanding of specialized terminology to succeed in their field. The article is based on research by leading linguists and the structural and semantic nature of the features of French commercial terms.
