Annotation: Today, an increase in the level of seepage water and mineralization in the irrigated areas is being occured. These circumstances have a negative impact on the agricultural development of the countries located in the Aral sea Basin. The rise in the level of seepage and the increase in mineralization will lead to the acceleration of the salinization process in the irrigated areas. This, in turn, leads to the loss of soil fertility and the problem of food shortages. In the research work, changes in the level and mineralization of seepage water were evaluated in the irrigated fields of Khojaly district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan during the years 2011-2022. Analysis of the obtained results was done using traditional methods and GIS technologies. The results of the research showed that the seepage water level in the district is 495 ha at 0-1 m, 2081 ha at 1-1.5 m, 14970 ha at 1.5-2 m, 3770 ha at 2-3 m, 208 ha at 3-5 m and showed that the amount of mineralization is 12612 ha at 1-3 g/l, 7115 ha at 3-5 g/l, and 1797 at 5-10 g/l.
