Annotation: Through this article, the heads of educational institutions are covered by how important management competence is. Concepts have been provided, both practical and theoretical, to overcome the problems involved in management and development in the educational process. Through the article, it is possible to learn in detail about the knowledge and skills that are useful and necessary for leaders, and at the same time about abilities.
