Annotation: This article analyzes the reforms carried out in the education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan today, and also analyzes the significance of these reforms today, their place and role in society. In addition, this article provides a broad analysis of normative legal acts adopted in the higher education system from a legal point of view. In addition, extensive foreign experience of improving the system and quality of education has been studied. As a result of the analysis, proposals and recommendations were developed to improve the education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
