TASHQI FIZIK MAYDONLAR TAʼSIRIDA QURITISH JARAYONINING MATEMATIK MODELI VA ANALITIK TAHLILI

Annotation: This paper presents mathematical models of the drying process under the influence of external physical fields such as infrared radiation, microwaves, ultrasound, electromagnetic and electric fields. The study describes the heat and mass transfer phenomena influenced by these fields through corresponding differential equations. Analytical and numerical solutions are derived for various scenarios. Each type of external field is modeled with its specific energy transfer characteristics. The results enable optimization of drying regimes and justification of equipment parameters to improve drying efficiency and product quality.
