Annotation: For the normal functioning of a person and all living beings, oxygen must periodically enter the tissues of the body from the external environment. When metabolism speeds up, the body's need for oxygen increases. Due to the high metabolism in young children, their oxygen demand is very high. As we age, we move to a less active lifestyle and our breathing activity decreases. As a result, we block the movement of the diaphragm. Breathing through the diaphragm is better for health and longevity.
