TASK-BASED APPROACH TO TEACHING FOREIGN LANGUAGES TO OLDER ADULTS

Annotation: A wide range of academic fields, including social work, design, language acquisition, and medical training, have embraced task-based teaching methodologies. The task-based approach to second language learning, which has recently seen an increase in adoption and experimentation in many language classrooms throughout the world, will be discussed in this article. The influence of task-based language learning will be examined in this research with particular attention to adult learners, whose unique qualities make task-based techniques more conceivable and advantageous.
