Annotation: This article discusses the structure and development of written speech and oral speech on the basis of readable oral speech. Adequate understanding and freedom in the early stages of student speech formation certainly depend on the active participation of the right hemisphere in the formation of the speech act. A leading role in the application of conscious and free formation of speech means belongs to the subdivisions of the cerebral hemisphere (usually the left) that predominate in speech.
