Annotation: On August 15, 2021, the development of new strategic strategies was put on the agenda for the Taliban to come to power. Among the main forces contending for regional dominance, they tried to create their influence in the Middle East from the situation in traditional Afghanistan. These processes did not serve to distance Turkey from Afghanistan as everyone expected. On the contrary, it was noted that Turkey has become a powerful force influencing the internal and organizational politics of this country. In three articles, there is a story about the processes of cooperation between Turkey and the Taliban and the obstacles encountered in it.
