Annotation: The article analyzes the features of using the public-private partnership mechanism in the field of tourism, its advantages and disadvantages, the practice of using the PPP mechanism in foreign countries and the legal basis for using the PPP mechanism in our country, the ongoing reforms are analyzed on the basis of statistical data. Proposals have been developed for the use of the PPP mechanism in the tourism sector.
