Annotation: This article reveals the specific features of certain types of obligations in the civil society of the third renaissance, including the issues related to the determination of the fact of violation, the measure of responsibility (type and amount), and the application of the measure of responsibility. Also, the article discusses the problems related to the limitation of civil liability, as well as the exemption from liability. In addition, the article tried to reveal the problems related to the application of civil liability measures by giving examples from judicial practice.
