Annotation: In Uzbekistan, reforms aimed at further liberalizing the activities of business entities, creating more favorable conditions for them, eliminating unnecessary bureaucratic barriers and various obstacles are being gradually implemented. One of the important directions of these reforms is the improvement of the legislation on licensing procedures in the field of business activities. In order to implement these reforms, a number of laws have been adopted to eliminate unnecessary bureaucratic barriers and prevent unjustified restrictions on business activities.
