Annotation: Nettle contains glycoside urticin, tannins and protein substances, formic acid, vitamins (up to 0.15 - 0.17% ascorbic acid in fresh raw materials and up to 0.6% in dry ones), vitamin C (naphthoquinone), pantothenic acid (vitamin B5 ); carotenoids (up to 13-14% in fresh leaves and 0.6% in dry leaves contain up to 50 mg / g); chlorophyll (2-5%), sitosterol, histamine, violaxanthin. It stores organic compounds such as flavonoids, nicotine, acetylcholine, coumarins, inorganic substances such as salts of iron, manganese, copper, potassium, calcium, barium.
