Annotation: Today it is impossible to achieve sustainable development without educating a perfect person who will become a citizen of a great country in the future, without raising his political consciousness, culture, spirituality, social and creative activity to a high level. The role of spiritual and moral education and the conditions created for young people in increasing their activity in society, determining their role and place in life is extremely important. However, despite the opportunities created in our country for the younger generation to study and work on themselves in order to become mature and qualified people serving the interests of our Motherland, offenses and crimes committed among minors upset us somewhat. The main causes of juvenile delinquency and the conditions that make it possible are discussed.
