Annotation: Today, ensuring the rights of minors is defined as one of the priority tasks at the level of state policy. It is worth noting that the basis of all the assigned tasks is, first of all, unconditional provision of guarantees of human rights protection, determination of the priority of law and justice. Therefore, we are asked to fully mobilize our powers, knowledge, experience and all our capabilities in order to fulfill these responsible tasks, in comparison with the legislation of foreign countries, focusing on early detection and prevention of violations, and in this regard, a number of implementation of tasks, improvement of the legal mechanism is also required.
