Annotation: As a business owner, you may have heard of arbitration as a way to resolve disputes with other companies. But what exactly is arbitrage and how much does it cost? International commercial arbitration is also an alternative method of resolving disputes that may arise between the parties, as well as a mechanism to avoid high costs. This article examines the cost implications of international commercial arbitration and examines the factors that influence costs, while in this article I examine the costs associated with international commercial arbitration, why these costs are necessary, and how to minimize costs while maximizing the efficiency of the arbitration process.
