Annotation: This article examines alternative methods and stages of economic dispute resolution in modern international private law, which are considered one after the other. In addition, information is provided on the resolution of economic disputes through mediation, arbitration, or other methods of international private law. The activities of a number of international arbitration courts will be introduced. The features of alternative methods of settlement of economic disputes in Uzbekistan relating to international private law will also be revealed. The experience of Uzbekistan in resolving economic disputes complicated by foreign elements will be studied.
