Annotation: In the modern globalization process, the regulation and development of legal relations on an international scale requires special attention. This article explores exactly the concept of private international law, as well as the world experience of its systematization, namely unification, analyzes the shortcomings and achievements. Also, the problems of integration of private international law will be highlighted, given that scientific research conducted in this regard is of great importance, since the regulation of the emergence, change and termination of territorially unlimited relations between individuals through a single legal resource prevents excessive time and conflicts. In addition, the article will discuss troubleshooting suggestions and ways to regulate this process.
