Annotation: The rational organization of freight car flows in railway transport plays an important role in determining the level of performance of the main indicators of the industry (Figure 1) [1-3]. In particular, one of the most important issues is the study of foreign experience in the development of plans for the development of variable trains in JSC "Uzbekistan Railways" in the conditions of disproportionate wagon flows. Therefore, this article examines the experience of foreign countries with developed railway infrastructure in the effective organization of wagon flows.
