Annotation: This article is dedicated to the description of the political process that occurred in the valley during the establishment of the Khoqand Khanate. As a result of Uzbek clans coming to power in Bukhara at the beginning of the 18th century, as a result of the change in the political situation, a new authority appeared in the Ferghana. There are different opinions among scholars about the founding of the Khoqand Khanate, each of which has its own conclusions.
