Annotation: This article examines conceptual perspectives on social partnership and cooperation within the methodological framework of such paradigms as “national development,” “national models,” “political modernization,” and “civil society,” in the context of rapidly advancing globalization and modernization processes in social, economic, and spiritual spheres. The study also presents scientific and theoretical insights and recommendations concerning the role, significance, and evolution of non-governmental non-profit organizations and other institutions of civil society in implementing democratic transformations across all spheres of public and state life.
