Annotation: In this article, the author analyzes the articles of the newly adopted constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan and our national values, building a just civil society, social state, the main direction of the new constitution is that our national values pave the way to a just civil society and building a social state, the new constitution envisages the main goal is to reveal that the human being and his life should be respected, that the intellectual right, dignity and other inalienable rights of a person and his freedom of life are considered the highest value.
