Annotation: This article shows that the changes made to the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the new edition expanded the scope of rights and freedoms of citizens and that this is guaranteed by the new Constitution, that constitutional norms are observed in ensuring rights. citizens, otherwise they will be held accountable in accordance with the relevant legislation.
