Annotation: This article provides information about the role of the "man-society-state" concept in the life of the society of New Uzbekistan. Man, his rights and happiness appear as the most important goal of state policy and activities of all state bodies. Today, the construction of society and state policy is based on this idea, and it is based on the principles of "State - for man", "man - society - state" and is indicated in the national program of New Uzbekistan. Adherence to this principle is becoming the main criterion of the state policy and reforms of a person and his interests. It is not only in our country, but also in the world politics that such reforms are compatible with democratic principles, their ultimate goal and the recognition that the priority direction of state policy is aimed at ensuring human interests, rights and freedoms can be found in this article.
