Annotation: The article analyzes the harmony between social protection policy in New Uzbekistan and the principle of human dignity from a socio-philosophical perspective. Social protection is interpreted not only as a mechanism of financial support or benefit provision, but also as a complex social institution that ensures human dignity, social justice, solidarity, equality of opportunity and social stability. The article examines the renewed constitutional foundations, the idea of a social state, the activities of the National Agency for Social Protection, targeted assistance at the mahalla level, digitalization and the effectiveness of social services. The author argues that the philosophical meaning of social protection policy lies in placing the human being at the center of public policy, integrating vulnerable groups into social life and transforming social justice into a practical value.
