Annotation: This article is one of the seven priorities of the New Uzbekistan Development Strategy for 2022-2026 and one of the seven priorities developed on the basis of the state program for its implementation in the "Year of Human Dignity and Active Neighborhood". to briefly address issues of human dignity and the further development of a free civil society. It is said that the main goal of the reforms in our country is to ensure human rights and freedoms, honor, dignity, interests, accountability of government agencies to society.
