Annotation: Semiconductor physics course 60110700 - To provide students with relevant knowledge and instructions about semiconductors and the history of their development, scientific-philosophical problems of science, their origin and history of development, advanced methodology consists of introducing experiences. The science "Semiconductor physics" consists of the basic concepts needed in the production, design and research of digital devices needed in information and communication technologies, a promising element base of modern digital circuits, integrated circuits with a high level of integration. In this article, it is explained that the physics of semiconductors is an integral part of general physical knowledge, which is necessary for students and future physics teachers, and a methodical guide to its study and teaching. It consists of forming practical, theoretical and phenomenological knowledge, skills and knowledge, respectively.
