Annotation: This article explores the importance of dietary intake in enhancing the athletic performance of young athletes. The study results demonstrate that adequate intake of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and minerals significantly impacts both the physical and psychological health of young athletes. Carbohydrates enhance endurance, proteins contribute to muscle growth, and vitamins and minerals support bone density and recovery. Additionally, proper nutrition strengthens psychological resilience and boosts motivation. This article emphasizes the necessity of developing dietary programs tailored to the individual needs of young athletes.
