Annotation: This article analyzes the development of the human factor in the context of globalization, particularly focusing on the education and upbringing of the younger generation, their spiritual and intellectual growth. It explores the implementation of youth policy in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the protection of youth rights and interests, and the essence of reforms in the fields of education and upbringing. Special attention is given to enhancing the moral and spiritual values of young people, fostering patriotism, honesty, enlightenment, and national identity. The paper also discusses the formation of youth worldview, protection from harmful ideologies, strengthening ideological immunity, and the interconnection between family and the education system. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the fundamental role of child upbringing in the development of the family, society, and the state, as well as highlights the priorities for strengthening youth spirituality and building the foundations of the Third Renaissance in New Uzbekistan.
